Privacy Policy

Endurant AI Inc. ("Endurant," "we," "us") provides client reactivation services to businesses. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect. From our business customers: account details, business information, and customer contact lists they upload to run campaigns. From campaign recipients: message replies and delivery/engagement data needed to operate the service.

How we use it. Solely to provide the service — sending campaigns on our customers' behalf, handling replies, booking appointments, and reporting results. We do not sell personal information, and uploaded contact lists are never shared across customers or used for our own marketing.

Opting out. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and every text supports STOP. Opt-outs take effect immediately and permanently for that sender.

Data retention and deletion. Campaign data is retained while the business account is active. Businesses can request deletion of their data — including uploaded lists — at any time.
