Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Endurant AI Inc.'s reactivation services. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service. Endurant runs outreach campaigns to a business's own past customers, handles replies, and books appointments. Pilot accounts are billed per booked appointment; subscription plans are billed monthly. Either party may cancel at any time; fees already incurred remain payable.

Your lists, your responsibility. You may only upload contacts who are genuinely your customers, and you confirm that contacts flagged for text messaging have consented to receive marketing texts. Purchased, rented, or third-party lists are prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

Acceptable use. Campaigns must comply with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA) and may not contain deceptive, harmful, or prohibited content. We may pause sending that threatens deliverability or compliance.

No guarantees. Campaign results vary with list size and quality; estimates shown in our materials are illustrative, not promises. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
